1. Find the groups that you want to post your message to: |

will get all groups in current page on the right side view. You can scroll
down on the right and click next page, then click Parse Groups again to get
more groups in next page. It will add them to the left group list. Once you
gather enough groups that you want, go to step 2. |

Click the group you want to post your message to, then simply click Post
Message button. It will post your message to that group automatically. The
check box in front of each group just for you to mark if you did the post. |

| 1. Groups->Save To File/Load From File can save your groups
and message into a xml file. In that way, you can continue your work every
time when you use it. |

the check box for a group to remember that you already post your message
into that group. It will avoid duplicate posting. |
